From the production line to interim managing director.
Her career started in 1998 with production improvement assignments at General Motors Truck & Bus and E. R. Wagner. International project control for bottling and packaging systems at Krones Inc. in the United States was followed by turnkey plant projects at Krones AG in Germany.
For more than 14 years she has worked in consulting and interim management – including turnaround situations, SCM transformation, procurement, ERP and process improvement, and complex industrial projects.
